Remote Sharing is a common way nowadays to get solution of some problem in your pc from your friend or some expert. But most of us use third party softwares say, #team_viewer, #ammyy_admin or #redmine etc. Today i'm gonna show you how you can share your screen with someone without using these third party softwares. As we know windows is full of hidden programs that are limited to the user and this is one of them.
Today i'm gonna show you how you can use #MSRA(windows remote assistance) and get your work done without some third party remote sharing softwares.
Step 1 :
Go to Start > All Programs > maintenance > Windows Remote Assistance
OR
Go to Start and type "msra".

Go to Start > All Programs > maintenance > Windows Remote Assistance

Step 2 :
Click on "msra" and you will see a menu as below having two options -
- Invite someone you trust to help you : which means you are about to share your screen with someone and let him control your pc remotely.
- Help someone who has invited you : which means you are about to control someone's pc.
Click on "someone you trust to help you" to share your screen.
And you will see another menu something like this
Note : you will need to enable remote assistance services
In which :
- Save this invitation as a file : this will save your invitation as a file and will provide you a password, you will need to send the file with the password to the one from whom you require help.
- Use e-mail to send an invitation : this will send the file via E-mail but it will need a mail server configured like windows outlook etc.
- Use Easy connect : this will connect both the systems but will need some basic router settings.
Note : if the computer has IPv6 disabled or is behind a NAT router that blocks teredo traffic, this option will be unavailable.
Now the person whom you sent the invitation can access you system.
If you are the person who's gonna help someone then just click on "Help someone who has invited you", and you can connect with the system user who has done the above process.
There is another option with which you can connect to the system directly via IP address.
Click on "Advanced connection option for help desk".
Type the IP address and click "Next" and you're done..
