So, this trick is going to show you how you can put a login page in front and user can access the form only after logging in with the correct password. This is the login page i've created, users will get access only if they have the password. This will prevent all the users who doesn't have password and will make it a password-protected google form.
How you can create a password protected form :
Let's look at the sample form first, Click Here to get the above page.
Enter the password in the page or else it won't let you pass the first step.
Here, password is "www.dailyartic.blogspot.in" (case sensitive) without the quotes, only after entering the correct password you can proceed to the form.
Now to put the password, it is only a page breaking trick in which we set the password.
- Go to google form editor and in the question title write "Passsword" to notify the user what the blank stands for and check on the "Required question" which makes it compulsory.
- Click on Advanced Settings, check on the Data validation and set Regular expression and Matches in the drop down menus.
- Now type the password you want to set and put it between ^$ , Suppose if you want to set google as password, write ^google$ in the password blank.
- From the "Add item" select "Page break" to break this portion and in the other page you can set the fields of form.
